In our experience, for successful event planners, the devil is in the detail. Successful event planning often assumes contractors work with each other and deliver on schedules as planned. For large scale events, we’ve found this isn’t always possible. Therefore, when it comes to managing installations and working with other contractors, we’re proactive and can often highlight various risk factors and raise other considerations in advance of the event.

For weddings or corporate functions, there is often no requirement for a full time event planner. In this case, we’ll advise and use our own experience to provide recommended action plans and delivery schedule. We can recommended suppliers with similar experience for your event and can liaise with other vendors to co-ordinate services.
