Do you hire event accessories, tables and chairs without a marquee?
Yes, we often supply other venues that need furniture for various reasons. Please view our hire products for our full range. If you don’t see what you need please ask us if we can supply or recommend and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you decorate barns or Village Halls?
Yes, we often supply our hire items to decorate barns for wedding venues. We have done everything from wooden flooring to tables, chairs and lighting.
Chair and Table Hire?
Yes we do this. Confirm your preferred style and number of each item them pay 30% to book.
Confirm your final numbers before the final invoice and we adjust your booking accordingly.
Do you conduct site inspections?
We can offer a site visit prior to confirming a booking. We encourage you to call us to discuss your needs, we will then forward you our price guides and subject to this being suitable for you we will arrange a time to come and conduct a site inspection. We would charge for a site visit if more than 25 miles from DG2 0XU.
How long is your hire period?
Generally, our hire period is for one day. If your event is on a Saturday we would look to deliver at latest on the Friday prior and dismantle the following Sunday or Monday. For weddings, by request we can set up a few days prior to your event to give you time for any additional decorating (Wednesday for a Saturday wedding etc). we charge 5% for additional days hire.
How far in advance should we make our booking?
We advise booking well in advance to avoid disappointment. A booking is only confirmed once a 30% non-refundable deposit has been paid. We are especially busy in May-October so please book a year in advance to avoid disappointment.
Where will you deliver to?
We cover the whole of Scotland, The Lake District and Northern England as standard – Due to demand for our unique marquees and accessories we travel to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern England at an additional delivery charge.

What is the hire process?
1. Contact us for our Finishing Touches Brochure with prices of our items.
2. Get a full Quotation – Let us know what items and quantities you require. With your date and location – we will send you a formal online quotation for the hire.
3. Accept the quote online and pay 30% to reserve the items
4. Confirm final numbers – tables and chairs will vary with guest numbers
4. The final balance is due 2 weeks before delivery.
5. Items are delivered the day before your event. Extra day hire or guaranteed delivery time available on request.
6. Items are collected the day after your event.
