❓ How far in advance should we book our wedding marquee?

We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak season (May–September). That said, we often accommodate shorter notice bookings—subject to availability. Larger weddings require planning and other considerations such as power/ distribution, generators, toilet facilities, catering and so on.. so it’s best to approach us as early as possible.

❓ Can you install marquees on sloped or uneven ground?

Yes! Our clear-span wedding marquees can be installed on almost any terrain using a steel sub-frame flooring system to level the structure and provide a solid base. These are fitted with wooden boards or cassette flooring for finished floor. Carpet can be provided, if needed!

❓ What size marquee do we need for our wedding?

It depends on your guest numbers, layout (seated dinner, buffet, or cocktail), and extras like a dance floor or stage. For example:

9m wide marquee is ideal for up to 100 guests, typically we’d go to 30m long on 9m frames
12m wide marquee works for 120–250+ guests and typically up to 36m in length
15m wide marquees can cope with up to 300-350 guests – these have been built as long as 50m in length!

They’re wind-tested to over 65mph, fully enclosed, and can be fitted with heating, solid doors, and raised flooring for comfort and safety in all conditions. This is why we use ‘framed’ clear-span marquee structures for best performance when needed!

❓ Can you provide catering tents and other extras?

Yes—we regularly install catering tents, entrance canopies, luxury toilets, bar marquees, lounge areas, and chill-out zones. Just let us know what you’re planning and we’ll help bring it together.

❓ Do you handle all the setup and takedown?

Yes. Our team handles delivery, full installation, and takedown after your event. We aim to make the whole process seamless and stress-free.
